1) What do impressions represent on My Gigs?

Impressions on the My Gigs page indicate the number of times your Gig appeared in a listing on the site (such as search) in the past 7 days. 

2) What does responsiveness measure? (Analytics page)

Responsiveness measures how quickly you respond to a new conversation. It’s displayed as a monthly average.

3) Why is there no pop up notification when I have a new inbox message?

You’ll be notified about new inbox messages in the Notification Center. Keep an eye on the speech bubble on the top menu, when it’s green, it means you have a new notification.

4) Where are my Collections? 

All of the Gigs you've collected are available on Fiverr V2. 

You'll find your collections at the top right corner in a sub menu under your username.

5) What is the max file size I can send?

You can deliver up to 150MB in orders (100MB for a single file) and a 30MB limit on message attachments. 

6) Where can I see Gig Requests?

You can check the Gigs buyers are requesting by clicking on "Sales" on the top menu. You'll see a link for "Buyer Requests" in the right sidebar. There you can see what services buyers are looking for and offer any relevant Gigs to them.

Buyers can request Gigs by going to “Shopping” on the top menu. You'll see a link for "Request A Gig" in the right sidebar. There you put in a request and see the sellers who can offer you services. 

7) What happened to my cover photo? 

All cover photos are reviewed and approved by our Editorial team. This is what they're looking for:

Images are JPEG and full frame from side to side (no white background)

The size is 260x1100 pixels and a max size of 2 MB
